Respect and Courtesy

  • Treat all members and staff with respect.

Cleanliness

  • Cleanliness

  • Dispose of trash in appropriate bins to keep the facility clean.

Safety

  • Warm up properly before starting your workout to prevent injuries.

  • Use equipment as intended and follow all safety instructions provided.

  • Report any broken or malfunctioning equipment to staff immediately.

Etiquette

  • Return equipment to its proper place after use.

  • Wear appropriate gym attire and closed-toe shoes.

Membership Policies

  • Check in at the front desk upon arrival.

  • Or Check in to class prior to class

  • Adhere to your membership agreement and notify the gym of any changes in your status.

  • Respect the gym’s hours of operation and adhere to any specific time restrictions.

Equipment Use and Maintenance

  • Use collars on barbell lifts to secure weights.

  • Always use a spotter when lifting heavy weights.

  • Avoid using benches or racks for purposes other than their intended use.

  • Use chalk sparingly and clean up any residue.

Technique and Form

  • Focus on proper technique to prevent injuries.

  • Attend gym-offered clinics or classes to improve your form and technique.

  • Respect other lifters' routines and space, allowing others to "work in" during sets if equipment is limited.

  • Respect classes in progress as the area is subject to class functions.

Class Participation and Community Engagement

  • Arrive on time for classes and complete the warm-up.

  • Follow the coach’s instructions and scaling options.

  • Inform the coach of any injuries or limitations before the class begins.

  • Participate in gym events and community activities to foster a supportive environment.

  • Write your name and score on the board for the Workout of the Day (WOD), if required.

Machine and Weights Use

  • Allow for others during peak hours, be conscious of use for others to get their time.

  • Do not rest on machines between sets; allow others to use them.

  • Follow proper machine settings and instructions for safe use.

Group Fitness and Personal Training

  • Register for group fitness classes in advance if required.

  • Arrive early to set up equipment and avoid disruption during classes.

  • Clean and return equipment used during group fitness classes.

  • Schedule personal training sessions in advance and cancel appointments within the specified time to avoid fees.

  • Follow the trainer’s guidance and feedback for a safe and effective workout.

Health and Hygiene

  • Shower regularly and wear clean workout clothes to maintain personal hygiene.

  • Use deodorant and ensure personal hygiene to maintain a pleasant environment for all.

  • Avoid wearing strong perfumes or colognes.

  • Refrain from coming to the gym if you are sick to prevent spreading illness.

  • Notify staff of any injuries sustained on the premises and follow the gym’s protocols for health and safety.
